A Bit About Natalie
Natalie joined our team in September 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience in accounting, administration, and community engagement.

Since moving to Busselton from the Wheatbelt in 2008, Natalie has been employed full-time by Naturaliste Management Services. She began as an office administrator and bookkeeper and, over the past 17 years, has grown her expertise to include accounting and tax processing.
​
Before relocating to Busselton, Natalie worked for six years with the Shire of Dowerin as a Community Services Officer. In that role, she liaised between the community and council, coordinated grant applications for local projects, and helped promote the district — developing strong communication and organizational skills that continue to serve her well today.
​
Alongside her professional career, Natalie has raised three children and held part-time roles with organizations including the Dowerin Field Days, Avon Descent, and Corrigin Hospital. She has also supported and managed accounts for her husband’s building and carpentry business since its inception in 1988 — a role she continues to uphold with dedication.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys following sports such as netball, tennis, football, basketball, and cricket. She also loves reading, gardening, and spending quality time with her grandchildren
