Lacinta Haswell
(Cert 11 in Business Studies)

Lacinta brings more than five years of administration and client service experience to the MTCA team, with a strong background in professional services, insurance, property management and business administration.

Prior to joining MTCA, Lacinta developed extensive experience in client-facing and administrative roles across the South West. She spent three years with Elders Insurance Geographe, where she progressed into a position involving significant client responsibility, including managing workers compensation policies, reviewing insurance packages, negotiating insurance terms and assisting clients with general insurance matters.

Lacinta subsequently moved into the property industry, working in property management roles where she was responsible for client and tenant enquiries, coordinating contractors and maintenance, property inspections, application processing and supporting the day-to-day management of a busy property portfolio. During this time, she completed her Property Management Registration and was recognised as Property Manager of the Year within her first six months in the role.

Most recently, Lacinta gained further management experience as a Store Manager, with responsibility for staff rostering, recruitment and training, cash management and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the business.

Lacinta holds a Certificate II in Business Studies, together with qualifications and professional training gained through her previous insurance and property management roles. She is highly organised, detail-focused and enjoys working with clients to ensure their enquiries and administrative requirements are handled efficiently and professionally.

Based in Busselton, Lacinta is pleased to continue developing her career locally as part of the MTCA team.

Lacinta works full time in the office, 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
