


A Bit About Deb
Deborah joined our team in January 2026, bringing with her extensive experience in administrative coordination, medical reception, and customer service across both healthcare and business sectors. With a conscientious, organised, and professional approach to her work, Deborah is known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.

Her career spans more than a decade in client-facing and administrative roles, including positions with Bunbury Regional Hospital, South West Coachlines, Cape Naturaliste Medical Centre, and Duchess Medical Practice. Deborah has developed a solid reputation for her exceptional customer service—whether assisting patients, liaising with clients, or supporting internal teams. She is highly proficient across various software systems including ZedMed, Best Practice, WebPas, Microsoft Office Suite, Xero, and MYOB.

Deborah’s strengths lie in building strong rapport with clients, streamlining administrative processes, and maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of her work. Her adaptability and positive attitude make her an asset in both fast-paced and detail-oriented environments.

Outside of work, Deborah enjoys an active lifestyle through her involvement in the Geographe Outriggers and Pickleball. She is also a proud community volunteer, regularly assisting with local events such as the Busselton Jetty Swim, Ironman and Cinefest.
