A Bit About Carol
Carol joined our team in September 2026, bringing with her extensive experience in administrative support, office management, and client liaison roles across a variety of industries.

Her career spans more than three decades in the South West region, where she has built a reputation for professionalism, strong organisational skills, and an exceptional commitment to client service.
​
Prior to joining MTCA, Carol held the position of Legal Administrative Assistant with South West Legal Services from supporting the legal team with documentation, client correspondence, and day-to-day office administration. Carol also worked as Office Manager for Cogplex Pty Ltd and Sandcastle Marketing Pty Ltd, reporting directly to the Managing Director and overseeing timesheet reviews, project data collation, and report preparation.

Between 2015 and July 2023, Carol was Personal Assistant to the Director of Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leasing at Professionals Busselton. In this role, she managed client communications, property documentation, lease renewals, rent reviews, and daily property management tasks, while also handling trust bank reconciliations, invoicing, and end-of-month financial reporting.
​
Her earlier experience includes administrative roles at VMS Contractors and Busselton Physiotherapy & Allied Health, where she coordinated payroll, managed employee and vehicle records, and handled patient scheduling and financial transactions. Carol began her career as Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner at Crane Beere & May Legal in Busselton, a position she held for over 20 years, gaining extensive knowledge in legal documentation, probate, conveyancing, and client support.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys an active lifestyle. She is a keen social cyclist and a former long-term member and committee member of the Busselton Cycle Club. She also loves hiking, walking, cooking, and entertaining family and friends at home.
