Please DO NOT make any JobKeeper Top-up payments to Employees from Monday 28 September 2020 until your Testing for JobKeeper Extension has been completed.
STP Filing Errors (Xero Payroll Only)
We have been made aware that businesses using Xero may have experienced error messages regarding an Employee's Tier from Xero on an attempt to file their STP earlier this week. On further investigation, we can confirm that these error messages have now been rectified.
Businesses now have an extension of time to choose either a Tier or to stop JobKeeper. This choice will be determined by JobKeeper Extension - 1 Testing.
Those Xero users who experienced this error, you can now resubmit your STP filing. Please contact Alison if the problem persists.
JobKeeper Extension- 1 Testing
We are currently preparing our JobKeeper Extension 1 - Testing program. Businesses who currently receive our monthly ASK Questionnaire for the claiming of the original JobKeeper scheme - you will automatically be placed on the re-testing list.
Those businesses who have been dealing with JobKeeper independently, and would now like our assistance, please email Tahlia at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added on to our regular ASK Questionnaire for JobKeeper Extension 1.
Data critical for JobKeeper Extension - 1 Testing
To avoid any delay's in this testing period, please ensure you have completed your bookkeeping up to 30 September 2020.
- Xero & MYOB files completely reconciled to 30 September 2020
- All September sales invoices/ income have been prepared, reconciled and accounted for.
Look out for our ASK Questionnaire early next week. We ask that you please submit your answers ASAP.

JobKeeper Extension Top-up Payments
The ATO has granted an extension of time for all JobKeper Top-up Payments for the first two fortnights under the extended scheme. Therefore, should you be deemed to pass the Testing for JobKeeper Extension 1, you will have until 31 October 2020 to make the minimum payments required to all Eligible Enrolled Employee's.
Further to the enhancements of our office procedures, we are pleased to launch our new online booking system.
